You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use OverLeX Desktop for personal learning. The software is licensed, not sold.

End User License Agreement
By using OverLeX Desktop or importing .langpackx word packages, you agree to this license agreement.
Word packages
OverLeX supports free, private, and licensed packages. Licensed packages require a valid License ID, purchase e-mail, and server verification.
Device activation
Licensed packages may be limited by the number of activated devices. The current computer is registered during activation.
Prohibited actions
- sell, transfer, or publicly distribute License IDs, .langpackx files, or extracted materials without permission;
- bypass encryption, signatures, or license protection;
- redistribute audio, texts, translations, covers, or package materials as your own product.
Refunds and revocation
For licensed packages, the user may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the first activation of the License ID in OverLeX Desktop. After this period, a refund may be refused unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by OverLeX support.
If a payment is refunded or cancelled, access to the related product is revoked. OverLeX Desktop synchronizes license status with the server.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is”. We aim for stable operation and accurate learning materials, but do not guarantee flawless operation on every device or any specific learning result.
